No data collection
Powder Monkey collects no data. Not “minimal,” not “anonymized” — none. There’s nothing to send anywhere, because everything the app does happens on your device.
Audio & transcripts
Your voice is transcribed on-device using Apple’s speech recognition frameworks. The audio and the transcript it produces never leave your device. We don’t operate a server to send them to — there isn’t one.
Analytics, tracking, ads
None of it. No analytics SDKs, no advertising, no third-party code phoning home. Powder Monkey doesn’t report on how you use it, and we don’t want it to.
Vocabulary sync
Custom vocabulary you add — names, jargon, anything the recognizer needs help with — syncs between your own devices through your personal iCloud account, using Apple’s key-value store. That sync is between your devices and Apple. Blue Fenix Productions cannot read it.
Purchases
The one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple’s App Store. Blue Fenix Productions receives no personal information about who bought it — no name, no email, no payment details.
